Travel Tech Talent was founded on the basis of improving the hiring process for all parties involved and this still lives at the heart of everything we do. Coupled with our love and passion for everything travel, hospitality and tech related.

It all started with a burning desire to improve the recruitment journey for everyone involved. 8 Years later and we've made great headway in not only improving the recruitment process but also redefining it.

2018 - TTT was launched
Our doors officially opened with our first client, a global TravelTech business

2019 - We start to scale
Following some great partnerships and increased awareness, TTT make their first hire and expand our coverage.

2020 - There were some global challenges...
One thing that people soon realise with TTT is that we don't let others lead our way, we make our own paths to suit our journey and 2020 was no different.

2021 - A new home for our HQ
As our team and ambitions grew, so did our Head Office as we moved in to our new HQ in Central Bournemouth.

2022 - TTT lands in the US 🇺🇸
Having grown a steady client base in the US, TTT open our first US office on the West Coast.

2023 - New structure to meet growth plans
To ensure TTT was able to keep growing sustainably, we restructured the team and divisions for the future.

2024 - Redefined processes
Our industry as well as many others, started to see real shifts in the ways of working, from automation to AI developments, we introduced game-changing technologies to drive hiring efficiencies.
