Sales Executive
The Opportunity
We are working with a fast-growing, international SaaS business operating within the travel and hospitality technology space. The company provides an all-in-one platform that enables accommodation providers to manage bookings, streamline operations, and enhance guest experiences.
With a strong presence across Europe and North America, the business is continuing to expand its footprint in the DACH region and is now looking to hire a Sales Executive to support this growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, early-career sales professional looking to develop within a high-growth tech environment.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business across the DACH region. This is a highly proactive, outbound-led sales role focused on engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities and supporting the wider sales team in closing deals.
You will:
Engage with prospective customers via outbound (cold and warm) calls and inbound enquiries
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the target market
Understand customer needs and position relevant solutions
Conduct online product demonstrations via screen share
Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up (phone & email)
Collaborate closely with senior sales colleagues to convert opportunities into revenue
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Support targeted outreach campaigns in collaboration with marketing
Work cross-functionally with onboarding and customer success teams
About You
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, resilient, and excited to build a career in sales.
You will ideally have:
Fluent in German and strong English communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive mindset with a willingness to make high volumes of outbound calls
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in technology and sales
Confidence speaking with prospects and building relationships over the phone
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
What’s On Offer
€40,000 - €50,000 salary
Permanent, full-time position
Remote working with the requirement to be in the Düsseldorf office once per week
