What this page is

These are the terms you agree to by using this website. They cover the website itself: what you can do on it, what we promise about it and who owns the content. They don't cover our commercial relationships with clients or candidates — those are dealt with separately. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site.

1. Who you're agreeing with

This website is operated by The Resource Group Limited, a company registered in England & Wales, trading as Travel Tech Talent. Registered office: 19 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8GS, United Kingdom.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Resource Group Limited. “You” and “your” mean the person using the site.

2. Using the site

You can use this site to browse our content, read our insights, apply for jobs we've advertised, submit your CV to our talent pool, refer someone you think we should know and contact us about a vacancy or engagement.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
  • Submit content you don't have the rights to, that contains malicious code, that's false or misleading or that includes another person's personal data without their consent
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site without our prior written permission
  • Pass off our content, brand or identity as your own

We can suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

3. Information about jobs

We list current vacancies on this site. We try to keep listings accurate, but:

  • Role details may change as briefs evolve
  • Roles may be filled, paused or withdrawn at short notice
  • Applying for a role doesn't guarantee consideration, interview or placement

If we go on to represent you for a role, that's dealt with directly between us, not by these terms.

4. Information about us and our services

Anything on this site about us, our services, our process or our past work is provided for information. It doesn't form a binding offer or a contract between us and you, or between us and a prospective client. Client engagements are governed by a separate engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, the Travel Tech Talent name and logo, the code and the content are owned by The Resource Group Limited or licensed to us. The Travel Tech Talent Brand Book, logo system and visual identity are protected by copyright and trade mark.

You may:

  • View, read and print pages for your personal or internal business use
  • Share links to pages on this site

You may not:

  • Copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission
  • Use the Travel Tech Talent name, logo or visual identity in your own materials without our permission
  • Modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the site or its code

Job descriptions written by us are our copyright, even when they're about a client's role.

6. Third-party content and links

The site links to and embeds tools from third parties (for example Brevo for newsletter signups, and external job aggregators). We don't control those services and we're not responsible for their content, privacy practices or anything that happens there. Following outbound links is at your own risk.

Any embedded third-party tool operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Using such a tool means accepting those terms.

7. Things we don't promise

We try to keep the site available, accurate and secure, but we can't guarantee any of those absolutely. To the extent the law allows:

  • The site is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or always available
  • Information on the site is general. It isn't legal, financial, recruitment or career advice for your specific situation — get qualified advice for decisions that matter
  • We're not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, except where it can't lawfully be excluded (for example fraud, or negligence resulting in death or personal injury)

If you're using the site as a consumer (not in the course of a business), your statutory rights aren't affected by anything in this section.

8. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy. How we use cookies and similar trackers is set out in our Cookies policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

This applies to the website itself. Commercial relationships are governed by their own separate agreements, which may have different jurisdiction terms depending on which entity contracts and where you're based.
