Cookies policy

1. What this page is

This page explains the cookies and similar tracking technologies we use on traveltechtalent.com, what they do and how to control them. For everything else — how we handle your CV, job applications, talent-pool submissions and working with clients — see our Privacy policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're used to make sites work, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used and sometimes to track activity across sessions.

Some of the tools we use store data in your browser's local storage rather than as a traditional cookie. The same rules apply, so we cover both together under “cookies” on this page.

3. Your choices

On your first visit you'll see a cookie banner with three options:

  • Accept all— allow every category below.
  • Reject all— only strictly necessary cookies will be set.
  • Cookie preferences— pick categories individually.

You can change your choice at any time — either via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or using the button below. No non-essential cookies are set until you've made a choice. Rejecting non-essential cookies won't break the site.

4. What we use, and why

Strictly necessary

Always on. Required to make the site work. Cannot be disabled.

Analytics

We do not currently load any analytics tools on this site. If we add one in future, we will update this page and prompt you to re-consent.

Functional

Enables embedded features that rely on third-party services. Today this covers the Google Maps panels on our contact page, which show where our offices are. When you allow this category, Google loads the maps and may set its own cookies; until then the maps stay unloaded. You can always open either office directly in Google Maps from the link we show beside each one, with no cookies set.

Marketing

We do not currently load any marketing or advertising trackers on this site. Brevo sends transactional and newsletter emails on our behalf — engagement with those emails (opens, clicks) is tracked at Brevo's end via tracking pixels and link redirects in the emails themselves, not by anything loaded on this site.

5. Planned (future)

We're developing behavioural marketing automation that would send relevant follow-ups based on which pages a subscriber visits. It's not live yet. When it ships it will fall under the marketing category above and will require explicit consent — we'll update this page before turning it on. It will never be enabled by default.

6. Third parties

The processors above have their own privacy policies:

We don't sell or share visitor data with third parties for advertising.

7. How to control cookies in your browser

Beyond our banner, every browser lets you block or delete cookies. The trade-off is that some sites work less well without them.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever we add, remove or change any tracker. Substantial changes trigger the cookie banner to re-appear so you can review your choices.
