The best people in travel and hospitality tech rarely come from job boards — they come from the people who already work alongside them. If you know someone who'd be a strong fit for a role we're working on, or a hiring manager who needs help finding talent, tell us.

We pay £100 for every candidate referral that turns into a placement, and we say thank you properly when a client introduction lands too.

How the scheme works

Three things that hold across every referral.

Real placements, real thanks.

We don't pay for warm intros or LinkedIn names dropped in passing. We pay £100 when a referred candidate is placed in a role and starts work. No tiers, no terms designed to never pay out.

Their permission first.

Before you send us a name, get their nod. It protects them, it protects you and it means we can have a useful conversation when we reach out instead of a cold one.

Discreet by default.

Referrals are confidential. We don't name the person who referred when we make contact, and we never tell their current employer.

How it works

Four steps, no small print.

From the conversation with your contact to the bank transfer when they start — this is the whole flow.

Get their permission

A two-line message to the person you have in mind. “I know a recruiter in travel tech who works with companies like X — mind if I pass on your details?” If yes, you're ready to refer.

Send us the details

Fill in the form below with their name, email and a sentence about what they do and why you think they'd be a fit. Add the role you have in mind if you know one, or leave it open.

We take it from there

We reach out to them directly, have a proper conversation about what they want next and only put them forward for roles that genuinely fit. You stay anonymous unless you've told us otherwise.

Get paid when they start

£100 paid by bank transfer the week your referral starts their new role. We'll be in touch when it happens, even if it takes a few months — we keep a record.

We don't spam your contacts.

One person referred, one conversation. We don't add them to mailing lists, don't pass their details on, don't follow up forever if they say no.

We don't pay for names.

No fee for a LinkedIn URL or a Slack handle. £100 lands when a referral becomes a placement.

We don't hide the terms.

Successful placement = candidate starts the role and stays past their probation start date. If they don't start, we don't pay — and we tell you why. No small print designed to wriggle out.

Referring another hiring team?

If you know a hiring manager at another company who needs help finding travel or hospitality tech talent, introduce us. We don't have a fixed fee for client introductions, but we say thank you properly when one turns into a working engagement — usually a contribution to a charity of your choice or a meaningful gesture, agreed with you upfront.
