Methodology

Salary bands in this guide are triangulated from the Office for National Statistics Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (2025 provisional), the US Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (May 2025) and salary disclosures filed with the US Department of Labor, combined with Travel Tech Talent's live mandate data across UK and US travel and hospitality technology, drawing on 8 years and over 5,000 vacancies filled in the sector. Bands are base salary only and UK bands are London-weighted. GBP and USD figures are presented separately and are never converted. Bands marked S rest primarily on statistical baselines, B on a blend of statistics and live market data and M primarily on live market data.
