As part of their continued expansion across North America, they are looking to appoint a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a successful technology business and play a key role in expanding its customer base across North America.
Working closely with prospective customers, you will identify opportunities, understand business challenges, and demonstrate how the platform can deliver measurable value. The role requires a consultative approach, focusing on building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and positioning solutions that solve real business problems.
You will engage directly with business owners, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders, helping them understand the commercial and operational benefits of adopting the platform.
This position would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, is naturally curious, asks insightful questions, and can confidently communicate the value of technology solutions to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound enquiries.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's specific needs.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Clearly articulate the business value and return on investment of the platform.
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
About You
Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
A consultative and solution-oriented approach to selling.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify customer challenges and position effective solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised.
Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Based in the Dallas area and legally authorised to work in the United States.

$75,000 base saalry
$30,000 commission (OTE with uncapped earnings)
