Business Development Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a dynamic technology solutions provider, specialising in cutting-edge services for the hospitality industry. We’re on the hunt for a confident and consultative Business Development Manager who thrives on building new relationships, understands the power of connectivity and cloud-based solutions, and has a proven track record in tech sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a high-impact, new business-focused role where you'll be responsible for driving sales across a broad range of digital infrastructure services. Think: Connectivity, IT Networks, Cloud, Software, Wi-Fi and Unified Communications. You'll mainly target independent and group hotels – from boutique gems to well-known chains – across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales Director to craft a new business acquisition strategy
Proactively identify and approach potential clients via networking, industry events, and research
Conduct tailored consultations to understand client needs and provide best-fit technology solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce
Achieve recurring revenue targets through strategic solution selling
Foster strong commercial relationships with key decision-makers
Maintain high levels of activity and weekly KPIs
Stay up to date with market trends, solution partners, and internal product offerings
Provide structured handovers for successful implementation by delivery teams
Support a small number of newly onboarded accounts post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition
What You’ll Bring
A strong background in B2B sales within tech, telecoms, or IT services
Experience selling technical solutions into the hospitality industry
Experience selling any of the following: Connectivity, Cloud, Networks, Software, Telecoms
Solid knowledge of infrastructure platforms such as HP, Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, NEC, Gamma or similar
A strategic mindset, with the ability to confidently close complex deals
A consultative, solutions-driven approach to sales
Ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders
A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across regions

£50K - £75K Base salary DOE
£50K - £75K Commission with uncapped earnings
