About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an innovative technology company serving the global hospitality industry to find a commercially minded Business Development Manager to join their US team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines strong business acumen with a passion for helping hospitality businesses improve performance.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, customer engagement, business transformation and operational consulting. It would suit someone who enjoys solving business challenges, influencing decision-makers, and delivering meaningful impact.

The successful candidate will work closely with hospitality operators and senior stakeholders, helping them maximise value, drive growth, and achieve measurable business outcomes through a consultative and strategic approach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with hospitality clients to understand their business objectives and operational challenges.

  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve performance and increase customer value.

  • Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Support the successful delivery and adoption of solutions that create measurable business outcomes.

  • Facilitate workshops, presentations and customer engagements.

  • Collaborate with internal commercial, product and customer-facing teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximise return on investment.

  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and broader growth strategies.

  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention, expansion and advocacy.

Ideally, you will have some of the following experience (note, not all of these areas are required):

  • Hotel Operations Manager

  • General Manager

  • Regional Operations Manager

  • Revenue Management professional

  • Hospitality leadership roles

  • Multi-site hospitality operations

  • Management Consulting

  • Operational Excellence

  • Hospitality Consulting

You'll Likely Have:

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience leading projects or driving change initiatives.

  • A consultative approach to solving business challenges.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

We'd Love to See

  • Experience within the hospitality, hotel, travel or tourism sectors.

  • Exposure to SaaS, technology or digital transformation projects.

  • Experience working in customer-facing consulting or advisory roles.

  • Track record of delivering measurable commercial or operational improvements.
