Regional Director of Sales
About the Opportunity
An innovative and rapidly growing travel technology business is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead commercial growth across a strategic territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales leader who combines a consultative approach with a proven ability to develop new business, build strategic partnerships and lead complex enterprise sales cycles. You'll play a key role in expanding market share, developing long-term client relationships and contributing to the company's continued international growth.
The Role
Reporting into senior commercial leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across your assigned region by identifying new opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a regional sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Identifying, qualifying and winning new enterprise customers.
Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Building trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Developing strategic account plans to maximise long-term customer value.
Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Implementation teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and delivering reliable forecasting.
Representing the business at industry conferences, networking events and customer meetings.
Providing market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and commercial strategy.
Negotiating commercial agreements and successfully closing high-value opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving commercial challenges and consistently exceeding targets.
You'll ideally bring:
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise or mid-market customers.
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
Excellent commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
The ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Strong commercial acumen with an analytical approach to pipeline management.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
A self-motivated, resilient and results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel throughout the region as required.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience within Travel Technology, Hospitality Technology, SaaS or a related technology sector.
Experience selling into hotels, accommodation providers, travel companies, tourism organisations or enterprise hospitality groups.
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
Experience operating within a fast-paced, scaling technology business.
What's on Offer
$160,000 base salary
$320,000 OTE
