Sales Specialist
The Opportunity
We’re partnered with a fast-growing technology business operating within the hospitality and short-term rental space, supporting property managers and accommodation providers with operational and commercial solutions.
We are now looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive who brings strong operational experience from within the industry and is motivated to transition into a more commercially focused role.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands how property operations actually work day-to-day and now wants to leverage that knowledge in a sales environment.
The Role
This is a high-impact, front-line sales role focused on engaging inbound and outbound prospects, understanding their operational challenges and positioning a technology solution that directly improves efficiency, performance and revenue.
You will work closely with a small SDR function (internationally based) who will support initial outreach, while you take ownership of discovery, qualification, and product demonstration.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading discovery conversations with prospective customers to understand operational pain points
Delivering tailored product demonstrations aligned to real-world workflows
Converting qualified opportunities into new business revenue
Working closely with SDRs to maximise pipeline quality and conversion
Building credibility with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and ownership groups
Providing structured feedback to leadership on market trends and product positioning
Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and activity within CRM systems
This is primarily an inside sales role, with activity driven via phone, video, and email engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Operational background within hospitality, property management or short-term rentals (this is essential)
Exposure to systems, workflows, or platforms used in managing properties day-to-day
A clear motivation to move into a sales-driven role
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into commercial conversations
Naturally inquisitive – able to ask the right questions and uncover real customer needs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
Highly organised with good CRM discipline

The Package
Up to $75K base salary
$20K commission
OTE = $95K
Uncapped commission
Fully remote working (also a locally based team)
