We're partnering with a fast-growing software business that's transforming the way organisations manage their operations through innovative cloud technology.

As the business continues to expand, they're looking for an experienced Product Owner to join their product team and play a key role in delivering new features, improving customer experience and driving product innovation.

This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you'll have genuine ownership, influence product direction and work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to bring ideas to life.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for owning product initiatives from concept through to launch, ensuring customer needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations are balanced throughout the development lifecycle.

Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define requirements, prioritise backlogs and deliver high-quality software that creates real value for customers.

No two days are the same - you could be gathering customer insights, defining new functionality, refining user journeys, supporting releases or analysing product performance to identify future improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own features and product initiatives from discovery through delivery

• Translate business objectives into clear user stories and product requirements

• Work closely with software engineers throughout development and testing

• Prioritise and manage the product backlog

• Conduct user acceptance testing before releases

• Analyse customer feedback, usage data and market trends to influence future development

• Monitor product performance using relevant KPIs

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the customer experience

• Research competitor products and emerging technologies

• Support successful product launches and ongoing optimisation

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst or Business Analyst within a software environment

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies

• Experience translating business requirements into actionable product deliverables

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• A naturally curious mindset with excellent attention to detail

• The confidence to challenge ideas and influence decision-making

• Experience working with complex software products or data-driven platforms

Desirable experience includes:

• SQL or database knowledge

• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools

• SaaS or B2B software experience
